Citrus Ginger Carrot Jiuce
This is a super option for winterizing your immune system. It’s best served cold and if you want to have a little more to drink, add a few more carrots.
Ingredients:
1 orange (1 cup of orange sections)
1 lemon
2-4 large carrots
3-4 strawberries
1/2 inch fresh ginger
Directions:
Juice all the ingredients and serve in a tall chilled glass.
